Refund policy

If you are not happy with our product we will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price. 

In order for you to get the refund you would like the following conditions need to be met:

  • Contact Katico via email, phone or website form with the reason for your return
  • Item needs to be posted back (receipt date of postage) within 14 days of delivery
  • Return postage is at the cost of the purchaser
  • The item needs to be unworn or unused and have no visible markings from wear and tear
  • The refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned item
